Why is the Simply Music method so effective? It is a very natural way of learning that comes more easily than having to first depend on reading notes to play.

This method is one that results in a very well rounded musician. Music reading is very important and we have a very gradual and natural way of introducing this after having 30- 50 songs in their repertoire (about a year). But we also realize that there are many other aspects to playing that are important to music too. In this program students will learn accompaniment, improvisation, composition, arrangement, structure, and theory.

- Experience their musicianship as a natural self-expression;
- Play a vast repertoire covering a broad array of musical styles and genres;
- Develop the ability to self-generate. i.e. the ability to progress independently. This includes developing a foundation of music reading, writing, composition, improvisation, arrangement, structure, and theory, etc.
- Have a highly positive, self-affirming experience throughout the music learning process;
